The Bridge from Teaching to Group Yoga Therapy
During our first year together, we help bridge your knowledge from previous Yoga Teacher Trainings to understanding the fundamentals of teaching Yoga Therapy to groups in the Śrī Kriṣṇamācārya-Śrī T.K.V. Deśikachar/Deśīkācār and Iyengar Restorative Yoga Traditions.
This will start with a 4 to 8 month online internship, taking weekly Yoga Therapy group classes to embody the basics before doing our first 5 weeks of course work the following summer that offers you the basics of teaching in this lineage of teachings.
5 Wks Online with 4 to 8 Month Online Internship (170 Hours)- $3550 CAD (Bridge + Program Deposit)
Online Internship (20 hours): September/25-March/26 or January-March/26 (intensive version)
Online Courses (150 hours): May 4 – 22, 2026 (3 weeks) + August 10-21, 2026 (2 weeks)
