The Work of Byron Katie is an inquiry process to support us in identifying and questioning the limiting beliefs that keep us stuck, lower our confidence, create conflict with others, and leave us feeling at odds with the world. It consists of four questions and a turnaround, which is a way of experiencing the opposite and discovering choices beyond suffering. Using this simple yet radical process, we can set ourselves free and find peace in all aspects of life.
